Manager for drug and safety department
One of our customers located in Copenhagen area is looking for a manager for
the drug and safety department. Responsible for EU and reporting to Director for
Drug Safety.
Your tasks
- Responsible for the setting up and developing of pharmacovigilance
services in the EU
- Setting and implementing the EU pharmacovigilance department mission,
goals and objectives, overseeing operations, development of procedures,
processes and standards for the department
- Responsible for the international coordination of pharmacovigilance
services in the EU
- Serving as a line manager, advisor and leader for the employees in the.
pharmacovigilance department. Identifying ongoing training and development
needs of designated staff
- Responsible for performing appraisals in the department
- Overseeing and directing assigned projects and staff allocated to
pharmacovigilance projects together with respective department managers
Your Profile
- MD preferably
- Experience in pharmacovigilance procedures
- Speaks fluent english. Scandinavian and other European languages are an
added advantage
- Excellent communication skills ( written and oral )
- Strong team-playing skill
- Availability and willingness to travel throughout Europe
